Joe brings decades of experience in fitness, athletics, and wellness to the ThinWorks team. Originally from Atlanta and now based in Florida, he has a background as a professional athlete, bodybuilder, and national sparring champion in Tae Kwon Do. He’s also a proud father of two and has dedicated his life to health and performance. With a degree in Sports Medicine and certifications in lifestyle and weight management, Joe specializes in hormone therapy, medical weight loss, and thyroid support. He’s passionate about helping clients look and feel their best and loves being part of a team that makes a real impact.
